Lilian is Merchant in Vigil the Longest Night. NPCs are characters that can be interacted with or are shown in the game. Lilian Information
Like her ancestor Silian, Lilian works in the local tavern. At the start of Act 2 Lilian cheerfully greets Leila, saying that they haven't seen each other since Leila was a little girl - a comment which confuses Leila who mistakes her for Silian.
If Mager and/or Fisher are given a Potion Box during side quest Placebos Lilian and all of Tavern's patrons will be found dead in Act 3. If neither were given the medicine, Lilian will survive.
