Abel is an NPC in Vigil the Longest Night. NPCs are characters that can be interacted with or are shown in the game. Abel Information
Abel is an old man who can be found on Maye Hall Square. He will share with Leila the legend of Saint Steve, a Gate Guard who allegedly singlehandedly killed fifty heathens in the Battle of Giantwood. Leila will express doubt that it's the same Steve that she knows.
Abel disappears after the player kills one of bosses required for the Mysterious Plague quest. One of the Believers of Light in Maye Hall implies that he succumbed to the plague.
