Skill Master Information
Skill Master is a mysterious catboy that resides on the Cat Isle. Initially invisible, Skill Master reveals himself as Leila approaches his resting spot, and offers his services to her.
Skill Master can refund all used skill points at the cost of 1 Fledgling's Blood Soul per respec.
In New Game + and further playthroughs an option to spend skill points on Leila's stats becomes available.
The stats you can improve are as follows:
- Health (+5 per point)
- Attack (+2 per point)
- Stamina Cost (-0.3% per point)
- Block Absorption (+1% per point)
- Backstab (+2% per point)
- Max HP% Damage (0.005% per point)
- Throwing (+1 per point)
- Arcane (+1 per point)
- Cooldown Reduction (+1% per point)

Max HP% Damage got reduced to .005% at some point, since I was only getting .5% after investing 100 points into it. It's still pretty good for really fast weapons like daggers/mechanical bow but backstabs/flat atk are a lot more favorable for pretty much everything else. Naturally, you'll get more and more value out of it the deeper you get into NG+ as enemy hp scaling increases, especially on hard mode.
