Full Middle Underground Hall Walkthrough

- Underground Hall Key (2) is hidden in a secret area underneath the F2 Owl Statue, the entrance is in the corridor to the left of the savepoint. It is displayed on the map as a bit of floor border of a slightly darker purple color.
- On the western side of the map is a set of gore-covered hallways connected by stairs. There are fake walls which can be destroyed with Dynamite on all floors.
- Mysterious Manuscript x2 can be obtained by reading a document at the end of the corridor that is connected to the giant pit filled with floating chunks of flesh.
- One Ptyalolith from the Other God (25) is hidden in a small bedroom across the chasm that appears after you beat the Plague Doctor. To reach it you need to chain Air Dash ability. Bondage Set can be equipped to temporarily improve stamina management.
