- To find Tara, climb up the top of the tree on the right side of D3 Owl statue, then jump and use air dash to reach a secret area that's on the west side.

Its not found as an item inside the secret area that's on the west side of the hunters cabin owl lantern. There is a special somewhat difficult miniboss that drops the Black set piece by piece per kill.
