Daggers Skill Tree in Vigilant: The Longest Night is one of the weapon skill trees of the game, it features a list of skills that further upgrades Leila's capability of mastering dual blades. In order to unlock a skill, players will need to obtain skill points by leveling up and to do this, Leila will need to continuously kill enemies and bosses or by completing quests. This page covers a list of all the dagger skills that are shown in the game.

Obtaining Skill Points

Acquiring Skill Points in Vigil: The Longest Night is quite straightforward, players will need to obtain EXP to Level Up which can be done by continuously killing enemies and bosses or by completing quests t. Whenever a player obtains a Skill Point, a flash of light will appear on the screen and will indicate that Leila has leveled up. You'll then acquire (1) skill point which can be used to unlock the skill they want to acquire.

Spending Skill Points

Once you've acquired a skill point, open the menu and head to the Skills interface to check the different skill trees. From there, you can apply your Skill Point to whichever Skill you want to unlock provided that you have enough Skill Points that are required as well as unlocking its prerequisite.

Can I respec my Skill Points?

Players can respec their Skill Points by speaking to the Skill Master and by offering a Fledging's Blood Soul. You can find him on Cat Isle located at the west side of the Depressing Forest.

Spike	Passive	Increases Poise damage when wielding dual blades. Lvl I: Increases Poise damage by 1. Lvl II: Increases Poise damage by 3. Lvl III: Increases Poise damage by 5.
Backstab	Passive	Increases backstab damage when wielding dual blades. Lvl I: Damage increased by 5%. Lvl II: Damage increased by 6%. Lvl III: Damage increased by 7%.
Serenity	Passive	Reduces stamina cost when wielding dual blades. Lvl I: Reduces stamina cost by 3%. Lvl II: Reduces stamina cost by 6%. Lvl III: Reduces stamina cost by 10%.
Dual Blade Mastery	Passive	Continuously attack an enemy to deal an extra 1 damage (stackable, maximum of 10) over the next 1 sec.
Crescent Spin	Active	Unlocks ground Heavy Attack for dual blades, which consists of a spinning slash, followed by a kick. To execute press Heavy attack button on the ground. Lvl I: The first two hits deal 1 x damage, and the final kick attack deals 5 x damage. Lvl II: The first two hits deal 1.1 x damage, and the final kick attack deals 5.5 x damage. Lvl III: The first two hits deal 1.2x damage, and the final kick attack deals 6 x damage.
Full Moon Spin	Active	Allows to perform another combo right after performing Crescent Spin by pressing the Heavy attack button again. The start of this attack is an Evasion. Lvl I: Grant 0.1 sec Evade duration and each hit deals 1.4 x damage. Lvl II: Grant 0.2 sec Evade duration and each hit deals 1.5 x damage. Lvl III: Grant 0.3 sec Evade duration and each hit deals 1.6 x damage.
Meteor Shower	Active	Perform continuous thrust attacks by repeatedly mashing attack button on the ground. Lvl I: Each attack deals 0.7 x damage. Lvl II: Each attack deals 0.85 x damage. Lvl III: Each attack deals 1 x damage.
Agile	Passive	Can interrupt the Meteor Shower by rolling or dashing.
Comet Strike	Active	Unlocks Special Attack for dual blades. The attack functions similarly to a parry/riposte - press Special Attack when Leila is about to get hit to dash past the enemy and deal damage to them. Repeatedly press Directional button when the blue circle effect focuses on the center to perform more dashes past the enemy and deal even more damage. Lvl I: Deals 8 x damage. Lvl II: Deals 9 x damage. Lvl III: Deals 10 x damage.
Air Dive	Active	Unlocks aerial Heavy attack for dual blades. Press Heavy attack button in the air to execute. Lvl I: Deals 4 x damage. Lvl II: Deals 4.5 x damage. Lvl III: Deals 5 x damage.
Wind Spin	Active	Allows to perform another special attack after Air Dive. To activate press Heavy attack button upon landing. Lvl I: Deals 1.2 x damage. Lvl II: Deals 1.4 x damage. Lvl III: Deals 1.6 x damage.
