To get the Scarlet Boots, while in Peak of Weep, walk left from Mine Site entrance towards entrance to the Depressing Forest. Walk into Hollow log before entrance to DP and press down to enter a hidden ladder to a chest with the boots. Also below is a room with an Ogre when you can obtain the Ritual Scepter
