Power of Dizziness in Vigil: The Longest Night is an Arcane Item. Players must equip Arcane Items to their quick slot for it to be used by Leila, these items allow her to execute various effects in the form of a mysterious form of magic. Casting Arcane Magic consumes Mana when used, which is shown to the right at the bottom right of the item's icon. Apart from that, each Arcane Item has its own cooldown time that is affected by your arcane status.

Power of Dizziness Acquisition
- Found in Sewer on Estuary.
- Go down to the left from Sewer on Estuary 2 Owl Statue, then head to the right until you can go down again. After drop, continue going right until you find yet another drop. After you drop down, you will be on the lowest level of the sewers. Then, to your left, there will be breakable wall. Somewhere on this level there is a Corpse Ball. Use it's charge attack to break the wall on your left. Dynamite will also break the wall if the ball doesn't cooperate.
