Parry is a Sword Skill in Vigil: The Longest Night. Sword Skills features a number of skills that further boosts the effectiveness, adds various buffs, and increases Leila's mastery of wielding a sword. In order to unlock a skill, players will need to obtain skill points by leveling up - and to do this, Leila will need to continuously kill enemies and bosses or by completing quests.
Use Special attack while blocking. Use a counter against enemies that stuns them. (Press Heavy Attack button when blocking)

Parry Notes & Trivia
- This skill is incredibly powerful when maxed out. Pretty much any melee attack can be parried, including boss' attacks. The skill's parry window stays active for the entire duration of the initial swing, and the ability to apply stun means it also benefits from Execution.
Load more
This is actually a ridiculously useful skill to have, and maxing its level gives you a pretty wide window for blocking attacks with the Parry, not to mention it chains with Execution for even more damage. Quite handy to get and blocks attacks you wouldn't THINK it would too.
