It's located in the "Inside the Giantwood" area, behind a breakable wall.
It's on the floor beneath the one you encounter Nordell (the doctor's assistant) the first time. To the left, there's a wall you can move with Breath of the Goddess (you'll find Snake Raid arcane item there). Instead, go to the right till you hit a wall and double jump + attack and that will reveal the path.
