Caged Head in Vigil: The Longest Night is an Arcane Item. Players must equip Arcane Items to their quick slot for it to be used by Leila, these items allow her to execute various effects in the form of a mysterious form of magic. Casting Arcane Magic consumes Mana when used, which is shown to the right at the bottom right of the item's icon. Apart from that, each Arcane Item has its own cooldown time that is affected by your arcane status.

- Catacombs: found in the Lower Catacombs. In a room with caskets (shown as three platforms on the map) use a platform to reach a small alcove above the room, Caged Head is on its left side.

wow 2021 no info. its in the lower catacombs. run from maye sewer E5 right to catacombs, go up a little then down, then jump to the higher path before the long hallway to E4, theres a room of skeleton ambush that triggers, then jump up the wooden platforms intl the ceiling in the middle and viola. hidden head.
